The Bartlett Building is a classic Beaux Arts style building at the corner of Spring and 7th street in the Jewelry Disctrict. Originally the Union Oil Building, then sold to prominent businessman and civic leader A. G. Bartlett in 1921, and most recently converted to lofts in 2002 by developer Barry Shy, All units are one-bathroom floor-plans generally ranging in size from 460 to just under 900 feet (with the exception of a few units up to 1,290 feet). Most units are private (enclosed) one-bedroom plans, though many homeowners have opened-up the floor-plans by removing bedroom walls. Several 3rd-floor mezzanine level units have private patios while outdoor terraces can be found on select 13th and 14th-floor lofts and penthouses. Interior finishes include original enormous double-hung windows, polished concrete and mosaic penne tile floors, private bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-suite washer and dryers, and city and courtyard views.
